At Revival Retro we are big fans of sophisticated vintage style. We look to beautiful bygone eras for inspiration and we love the elegance of the 1930s and the smart feminine looks of the 1940s.
Here are two of our favourite dresses for this season. The Lawn Party Gown and The 40s Tea Dress.
Both of these dresses are made from a viscose crepe, the crepe lending a more authentic vintage feel to the garment. A fantastic, lightweight fabric that is a pleasure to wear.
A stunning 1930s vintage style dress in a reproduction vintage floral print. A full length dress this one is designed to trail the ground. Darts and details help give it a 30s look while the vintage print features complimentary greens, cream and peach against a navy background. It's beautiful but you don't need to wait for a garden party this one will make you feel fabulous just lounging around the house!

It's the colour that sends me over the edge with this tea dress. We also offer it in a wonderful teal blue currently but this 'eau de nil'1930s green is just exquisite. A flattering shape on almost all figures the only women it doesn't suit is those with a long torso which makes the stitched waist detail sit in the wrong place. On everyone else this is such a flattering shape and is very popular. We've restocked year after year in new prints and colours.
