Emily And Fin Arrivals

I'm very excited! Anytime soon we are due an order from one of my favourite suppliers - Emily and Fin.
It was in fact Emily and Fin that introduced me to Revival! I was searching the internet for suppliers of the brand and up popped Revival Retro. I was delighted to see that there was a place where I could physically go and try Emily and Fin's clothes on, see what the fits were like and feel the fabrics. The rest they say is history.

The order is due to arrive any day. Obviously we will keep you updated via social media as to when the items arrive, but you can also keep an eye out on our NEW section on the website.

The order will include old favourites in new exciting prints and new styles that will undoubtedly become wardrobe staples.
So let me tell you about the items I'm most excited to see.

For those of you that know me I literally lived in the Annie 'Fruit' Dress for Spring Summer 2018. I was obsessed.

Therefore when I heard that Emily and Fin were releasing it in a new print I nearly exploded.

Why do I love the Annie dress so much? The cut is super flattering, nipping you in at the waist and skimming over the hips. Perfect for me as I'm a bit bottom heavy. The double collar also adds a bit of drama, I felt like a movie star walking around London in this dress. It gave me confidence and made me feel special. Not only that the dress also has POCKETS! I love the fact that I can carry my phone around with me everywhere when I wear this dress. In fact during a recent clearout/Ebay session I got rid of quite a few dresses due to them not having pockets.

Now that I have streamlined my wardrobe I feel that I can definitely treat myself to this latest addidtion. The Annie dress in a Cote D'Azur Plaid.

The unique Cote D'Azur Plaid is made up from tones of blue, yellow and turquoise. Offering something truly colourful and unique. I cannot wait to take one home with me.
The Annie dress ticks a lot of boxes; it fits, it makes me feel good, and it's practical. Did I mention it's machine washable too? Again another huge benefit for me. I'm excited to wear it out in the parks for social distanced meet up with friends in the not so distant future.
Another new dress we have coming is the Clara which Charlie is particularly excited about and that's not just because it's named after her sister. This one is a classic shirt dress in an enchanting "Victorian Greenhouse" print.

However that's not it. I'm also intrigued by two new additions that have the potential to become wardrobe staples; Evie Top and Gilda trouser.

Being bottom heavy I find that high waisted, wide leg trousers work perfectly for me, so I'm excited to see how the Gilda trousers will fit. Also how great is the colour? Team Green!

I'm intrigued by the Evie top as it is made from a lightweight material that has textured white dots on it. A classic top with a bit of something different. But I will have to wait until the order arrives to know if these two will be coming home with me.

We have lots of other items arriving from Emily and Fin so please do keep an eye out on our NEW section on the website and on our social media channels.

And don't forget when you buy Emily and Fin from us you are supporting two female owned independent companies. Where I buy from is really important to me - if you'd like to know more about Emily and Fin and the relationship we have with them check out our new section 'Provenance' on any of the Emily and Fin products.
