Revival Terms and Conditions
Revival offers two purchase options:
We accept cash payments as well as most major credit and debit cards (on international and corporate cards we reserve the right to charge a transaction fee of up to 3% of the total order value).
You are also very welcome to call us, ask questions and make your order over the telephone. The store number is + 44 207 636 8922 (we are available during store opening hours 11am - 7pm Monday to Saturday).
We offer a secure payment system for online sales and associated services. revival-retro.com accepts major credit and debit cards as well as payment via Paypal. Payment is required at the time of placing your order whether it is for delivery or to collect in store later.
Revival Retro Boutique is a bricks and mortar shop in London, UK. Everything sold on our website is what we sell in our store, we make every effort to update the website as fast as possible as we sell through items in the shop, but in the unfortunate event that your item is unavailable we reserve the right to cancel the order. Revival makes every effort to keep stock details up to date but in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order we would provide a full refund immediately (including shipping costs). Notification will be sent by email no later than 48 hours after purchase.

COLLECT IN STORE is a free option for those customers who wish to pick up their order from our shop in London, England. If you select this option your order will not be posted.
The deadline for same day despatch is 3pm Monday to Friday.
All shipping is arranged through Royal Mail. No orders will be despatched Saturdays or Sundays. Where a service states 'Next Day' delivery, if the order is placed after 3pm your order will be despatched the following weekday for delivery the next day after that.
FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £100. Delivery within 7 days. Signature required upon delivery. At this time we are only able to offer free shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom.
THREE DAY DELIVERY / NEXT DAY DELIVERY are the equivalent of Royal Mail 2nd class and 1st class recorded services. Signature required upon delivery. UK addresses only.
SPECIAL DELIVERY offers guaranteed delivery times within the UK as well as compensation up to £500 against loss, damage or delay. You can choose guaranteed delivery before 9am or guaranteed delivery before 1pm. If you are ordering before 3pm on a Friday you can opt for Special Delivery on a Saturday.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY we offer one service to international destinations it is a tracked and signed for service. Delivery timeframes differ according to the destination but for Europe it is generally 3-5 working days and for the Rest of World 5-7 working days. Signature required upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES The costs charged are for delivery only. Any additional import, tax or custom charges must be borne by you.
We take full responsibility for the order up until the time that it is dispatched and will take every care to ensure the packaging is secure to protect the goods whilst in transit. Revival cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been dispatched by us. Tracking references for the carrier will be provided. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
Choose your preferred service from the list available at checkout, note that the cut off for same day despatch is 3pm.
If your order weighs in excess of 2kg alternative shipping arrangements may need to be made. We will contact you to discuss prior to despatch. In this event you can either pay the additional shipping charge or cancel your order with a full refund.
In the case of a pre order the delivery timeframes listed above apply from the date the stock is received at our store. You will receive an order conformation with estimated delivery and then a despatch notice when the item is on it's way /ready for collection. If you desire an update in the interim simply call or email us, we will be happy to oblige.
Exchange and Refund
Goods eligible for exchange or refund should ideally be received by us within 14 days of date of delivery. Your Consumer Rights are of course as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations
The date of delivery will be taken as the date given on your tracking reference. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Your tracking reference is emailed to you on the day of despatch.
Where a pre order has been confirmed your right to a refund or exchange is the same as a standard order; the eligibility period is from the date of delivery so you will have an adequate window once you have received your goods to return them to us for a refund of for an exchange to another item currently available in our store.
Goods to be refunded or exchanged must be returned at your own cost and are your responsibility until received by Revival. We recommend you return goods by secure delivery with signature upon delivery (please remember to include your name, phone number and email as well as the original order reference). A full refund of the cost of goods will be made where the items are returned by the deadline in the condition in which they were sold e.g. as new and unworn (for shoes; we recommend you try these on carpet only and shoes must be returned in the original box). All garments are dispatched with a returns advice label intact if this is torn or detached no refund or exchange will be offered. Only remove the Returns advice label once you are sure you want to keep your purchase. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Revival.
Personalised items or items where a seal existed and has been broken are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Discounted and sale items purchased from our London boutique are excluded from general Terms and Conditions. Please note that these discounted items are non refundable and non exchangeable. Your statuatory rights are unaffected.
Complaints & Feedback
If you believe the goods were defective at the time of dispatch then you must advise us in writing within 48 hours of date of delivery.
We stand behind our products and should you be dissatisfied in any way we would like to know. We will listen to your complaint and do our very best to resolve the matter in a manner you find satisfactory.
Your rights to return goods that are faulty or not fit for purpose are protected under UK law.
