Revival offers two purchase options:

In Store:

We accept most major credit and debit cards including American Express. We are currently unable to accept cash payments due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.

You are also very welcome to call us, ask questions and make your order over the telephone. The store number is +44 207 636 8922.

Online:

We offer a secure payment system for online sales and associated services. revival-retro.com accepts major credit and debit cards as well as payment via PayPal. Payment is required at the time of placing your order whether it is for delivery or to collect in store later.

Revival Retro Boutique is a bricks and mortar shop in London, UK. Everything sold on our website is what we sell in our store and we make every effort to update the website as fast as possible as we sell through items in the shop. In the unfortunate event that your item is unavailable we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately (including shipping costs). Notification will be sent by email no later than 48 hours after purchase.

Delivery Services

COVID-19 TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES. We are currently despatching Monday-Friday. Please be aware there could be a delay to your delivery due to the higher demand Royal Mail and our courier services are currently dealing with.

Despatch

On all paid for Royal Mail services same day despatch deadline is 1pm Monday to Friday.

On all paid for DHL services same day despatch deadline is 3pm Monday to Friday.

For all free delivery offers we will endeavour to match the same day despatch deadlines wherever possible but despatch will take place within three business days maximum.

Delivery

All deliveries will need to be signed for.

You will be able to decide between a range of delivery services at cart/checkout, according to your price / timeline needs.

We offer delivery via:

  • Our national postal service, Royal Mail. Detailed explanations of Royal Mail services can be found on their website. International parcels will be passed to your national postal service.
  • Courier, DHL, for a fast, tracked, door to door service, whether domestic or international.

Minimum order values to be eligible for free shipping are as follows:

FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £100

Your order may be delivered by Royal Mail or DHL as selected by us.

FREE EUROPEAN DELIVERY on orders over £269 (approx. €300).

FREE N. AMERICAN DELIVERY on orders over £220 (approx. $300).

FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY on orders over £220 (approx. $300).

Your order will likely be delivered by DHL.

Revival Retro reserve the right to select any delivery agent where a free of charge service has been selected.

Taxes, fees & Charges

The costs charged at checkout are for delivery only. Any additional import, tax or custom charges must be borne by you.

COVID-19 Update. There are delays to us receiving returns/exchanges, particularly during UK government lockdown when our premises are closed. We expect to process refunds and exchanges within our advised 10 working days (as below) but our ability to process any quicker will be much reduced.

Goods eligible for exchange or refund should ideally be received by us within 14 days of date of delivery. Your Consumer Rights are of course as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations

The date of delivery will be taken as the date given on your tracking reference. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Your tracking reference is emailed to you on the day of dispatch.

Where a pre-order has been confirmed your right to a refund or exchange is the same as a standard order; the eligibility period is from the date of delivery so you will have an adequate window once you have received your goods to return them to us for a refund of for an exchange to another item currently available in our store.

Goods to be refunded or exchanged must be returned at your own cost and are your responsibility until received by Revival. To request to return an item both domestically and internationally please click here and follow the instructions.

If you are in the UK, we offer printable pre-paid postage labels through CollectPlus which will be emailed to you on approval of your request to return. The cost of these return labels is £5.50 and will be deducted from your refund.  

If your request to return is approved and you are outside of the UK or you are in the UK and wish to use your own courier, we recommend you return goods by secure delivery with signature upon delivery (please remember to include your name, phone number and email as well as the original order reference).  

Until Revival receives your parcel you are responsible for its safe keeping. If you are sending your return from outside of the UK, please make sure to mark both the outside of the parcel and any and all documentation as a return. Any import fees imposed by not clearly marking your parcel as a return will be deducted from your refund total. 

A full refund of the cost of goods, minus any fees outlined above, will be made where the items are returned by the deadline in the condition in which they were sold e.g. as new and unworn (for shoes; we recommend you try these on carpet only and shoes must be returned in the original box). Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving it via the original method of payment. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Revival.  

Personalised items or items where a seal existed and has been broken are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Discounted and sale items purchased from our London boutique are excluded from general Terms and Conditions. Please note that these discounted items are non refundable and non exchangeable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Complaints & Feedback

If you believe the goods were defective at the time of dispatch then you must advise us in writing within 48 hours of date of delivery.

We stand behind our products and should you be dissatisfied in any way we would like to know. We will listen to your complaint and do our very best to resolve the matter in a manner you find satisfactory.

Your rights to return goods that are faulty or not fit for purpose are protected under UK law.
