Hat of the Month

by Charlotte Newell June 08, 2017

At the official launch of Atelier Millinery, one particular hat style stood out amongst all the others.  It was a style everyone fell in love with instantly and fell over themselves to try on!

Introducing, the wide brimmed straw boater with ribbon:

Nora gives Jo a hand to make sure her bow is looking tip top.  Want to see more hat party snaps?  Read the Hat Party blog HERE.

With the ribbon you can either tie it into a bow low down like Jo has above, or just into a simple knot high up into the hair and let the ribbon tails hang freely like Cynthia below.

Alternatively take inspiration from Nana below, who instead of tying the ribbon off to the side, went with a relaxed tie at the front.

With this hat it is all about the jaunty angle which Anna, below, pulls off wonderfully.

Doesn't it go well with the stork wrap print dress!

If you would like to own one of these fabulous hats come visit us at 30 Windmill Street, London, W1T 2JL, Mon-Sat 11am-7pm.

Now I just need to convince Sarah to make this her shop uniform...

Damn she knows how to work a hat!
