Small business owner Rowena Howie was interviewed by Chris Choi at our London shop today. In a piece for ITV news 2nd March Chris wanted to know how Coronavirus is affecting UK small business and what they are doing to prepare.
Rowena introduced Chris to our independent boutique in central London and explained that uncertainty which had already prevailed in this country for a number of years is now being exacerbated by the spread of this virus.
In as early as January we had foresaw that this would have long term impacts on our supply chain but as news of infection spreads we have to think what we should be doing to protect our customers and protect our people.
More critical though was Rowena's question of "Where does small business go to get relevant answers"
