Rowena spoke to Rags Martel about confidence in the capitol on the day of publication of the FSB London Small Business Index.
"The confidence is still in the negative numbers at minus 1 on this report, and that's lagging behind the rest of the UK. What small businesses need is for a reduction in the cost of doing business in the capitol. We need to avoid any extra employment taxes."
