Description

  • PRE-ORDER ONLY, LIMITED AVAILABILITY
  • We're thrilled to bring you a brand new design: our very first wrap dress.
  • Designed and constructed to be a 'proper' wrap that fastens with ties.
  • Unlike other wrap dresses we have not skimped on fabric: the A-line skirt is made up of a back piece and two full size front pieces that gives you maximum coverage which means you're never showing more than you'd like.
  • The bodice is a delightful combination of darts, pleats and gathers that work in harmony to create a wonderful, comfortable fit and a pretty sweetheart neckline.
  • Gorgeous vintage style blossom print viscose fabric on a navy background that we could only get a few metres of, making it very limited.
  • Machine washable on a cold wash.
  • Please email for turnaround time

  • Made in Britain.

Size & Fit

  • Due to the full wrap style, we found people suited multiple sizes which is why we have sized it as a size range instead of a singular size.
  • If you usually wear the top end size of the size range and you're hippy with a prominent stomach and bum, you might want to get the next size up as the skirt will come up shorter on you otherwise.
  • EG if you are usually a curvy UK 10 but frequently have to size up to a UK 12 to accommodate your lower half then the UK 10-14 would be the best size bracket, whilst if you were a curvy UK 10 who occasionally wears a UK 8 then the UK 6-10 bracket would suit.

The Greenwich Wrap Dress

Made in Glasgow, Scotland in house by Lottie.

Revival Retro carefully considers our fabric selection. Not only must the fabric be appropriate for the garment and desirable by our customers, we also consider impact on the environment, where and how it is made.

Wherever we are able to use our buying power we do, but large parts of the fashion industry still operate business models based on high volume and as a small business making limited production, fabric companies often turn us away as we are not buying thousands of metres. On this occasion we were able to snap up an end of roll. Being end of roll means we don't have a full picture of its origin but we believe we saved it from a wasteful fate.

We are always looking for friendly and ethical fabric suppliers with whom we can work so next time we make this style we hope to be able to use a fully traceable and sustainable fabric.

We believe clothing should last and part of enjoying wearing something time and again means the ability to machine wash plays an important part in facilitating that.

At the heart of any business is people and Team Revival care and are involved in the design and decision making over every garment we produce.
