It has been announced that non essential shops such as ours can reopen from June 15th which means we can begin to bring staff back to the workplace. Hurrah!
We are doing our utmost to protect staff and customers complying with the UK government's guidance about managing the risk of COVID-19 offering private shopping appointments in store or, for anyone who is not ready / unable to get to central London, we can offer a virtual appointment.
Our staff will be in store ready to guide you around the boutique, pulling suggestions from the racks, checking availability, discussing size and fit with you via Facetime / Zoom Call / Skype or whatever video conference platform we can both use.
The appointment fee will be deducted from your shopping bill.
Our small business is doing everything we can to navigate our way through these uncertain times and it's important to us look after or staff and our customers as our top priority. Let us know how we can help.
For up to an hour and a half you will have a Revival Retro team member all to yourself.
Virtual appointments can be conducted via email, phone call or video chat. If using a platform with video, the team member will be able to show you how different items hang and fit with the use of mannequins. They will also be able to show you the items in different lights to help show the colours and fabrics accurately for instance. They will be able to measure garments and advise on sizes. We also suggest you have a tape measure on hand to measure yourself.
Once you've made your decisions the team member will set your items aside and invoice you. Once paid they will get your items ready to ship via your chosen method.
Fee is non refundable and non exchangeable but will be deducted against your total bill.
