We are taking all the necessary steps to comply with managing the risk of COVID-19 and looking to how we can best serve our customers in store in light of the UK government's guidance.

Whilst our independent London shop is open to the public Thursday-Saturday, we are offering private shopping appointments Monday-Wednesday to ensure a relaxed, socially distanced, one to one experience for those who would prefer to shop alone. From the 24th July face coverings for customers whilst in shops will be mandatory so please come prepared. If you are exempt for medical reasons, please inform us before your arrival.  

You and our staff member will agree how you will manage the space together and you can tell us your shopping wish list which we will do our best to fulfill.

The appointment fee will be deducted from your shopping bill.

Our small business is doing everything we can to navigate our way through these uncertain times and it's important to us look after or staff and our customers as our top priority. Let us know how we can help.

Detailed Description

For up to 90 minutes you will have Revival Retro all to yourself with dedicated assistance from a team member. Whether you're shopping for a particular reason or you're just wanting to get back to your favourite independent London shop, we will be on hand (at a safe distance) to chat and advise. 

The store will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive and, in line with current advise, we will ask you to use hand sanitiser upon entering. Appointments must be concluded within an hour and a half so we have time to clean prior to the next person's arrival.

Please contact us to check availability. Stock changes constantly and no one item can be guaranteed unless you purchase it in advance and choose to collect in store (note Ts&Cs).

Please let us know in advance if anyone will accompany you. 

Fee is non refundable and non exchangeable but will be deducted against your total bill.

Size & Fit Expertise

All stock is available on this website, feel free to check availability in advance. You can also purchase and choose Collect in Store. When you come to the shop, if you try something on and it isn't suitable we can always refund you. What's fantastic about visiting though is the knowledge and individual recommendations of our staff.

FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £100. Royal Mail delivery within 10 working days.

If you would like your item sooner please note our same day despatch deadline is 2pm and select your preferred service accordingly. We offer both DHL and Royal Mail services. 

FREE N. AMERICAN DELIVERY on orders over £300. DHL delivery within 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Choose your preferred service from the list available:

  • Royal Mail: Europe 3-5 working days, rest of world 5-7 working days
  • DHL: Delivery available by the end of the next working day to most major cities worldwide
  • N.B. Working days are set by Royal Mail in the UK and the local Mail provider in your area

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
