At Revival we can offer you a range of options within our personal shopping and private events, and have the flexibility to tailor them to your particular needs. We welcome all enquires, and you can contact us here if you do not find what you are looking for below.

Out of hours personal shopping: For the discerning shopper ready to invest for high quality garments that fit and flatter, Revival Retro is the award winning one stop shop. We can dress you from top to toe in one effortless appointment- because your time is precious.

Your appointment includes:

  • 2 hours of private shopping with complete access to the whole store, as we open the boutique exclusively for you.
  • Complimentary bubbles on arrival
  • Assistance from a Revival Retro stylist who will evaluate your needs and apply their expertise accordingly.
  • Your deposit is fully redeemable against your purchases in store.

In-hours store appointments: For the lady searching for that perfect occasion outfit, the team in store are highly trained stylists. We can help you pick the perfect ensemble that you'll want to wear again and again.

Your appointment includes

  • A 20 minute consultation with a Revival Retro stylist
  • 40 minutes one-to-one personal shopping and dedicated focus towards piecing your entire look together
  • Your deposit is fully redeemable against your purchases in store.

In-Store Group events: For groups, catering for all needs such as work events like colleague relationship building, to wanting to share a memorable experience on a special occasion. Our central London boutique can comfortably host groups of up to 30 people. We understand that each group will want something different, so please email the team at boutique@revival-retro.com to discuss your needs and tailor your appointment to your requirements.

Your appointment includes

  • 2 hours of private shopping with complete access to the whole store, as we open the boutique exclusively for you.
  • Complimentary bubbles and snacks on arrival
  • The assistance of highly trained Revival Retro stylists who will assist and advise the group with their choices.

Revival Comes to You: This is ideal for ladies who would like to host a trunk-show of sorts in their place of work or co-working space. It's a fantastic way of team building without the cliches normally associated with such time, and a good chance for colleagues across different departments to network and socialise. We are happy to visit any business in the UK- and all it takes is an email or a call to get the ball rolling on organising. For all appointments the booking cost is redeemable against your purchases in store during your appointment.

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, or store-based appointments that are not attended will not be refunded or rescheduled.  For store based appointments, if you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment start time, or give notice you are running late, your appointment will be considered cancelled and will not be refunded or transferred.

Size & Fit Expertise

Out of hour appointments are available between 7pm and 9pm Tuesday to Saturday only. We require at least 2 weeks notice for all bookings.

In store appointments are available 1pm-6pm Monday to Saturday only. We require at least 1 weeks notice for all bookings.

In store group bookings are available between 7pm and 9pm Tuesday to Saturday only. We require at least 3 weeks notice for all bookings.

Revival Comes to You visits are available Monday to Saturdays only. We require at least 4 weeks notice for all bookings. Our travel costs will be factored into the final price.

Delivery & Returns

FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £100. Delivery within 7 days.

If you would like your item sooner please note our same day despatch deadline is 3pm and select your preferred Royal Mail service accordingly. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Choose your preferred service from the list available, note that the cut off for same day despatch is 3pm. Europe 3-5 working days. Rest of World 5-7 working days. Working Days is dependant on Royal Mail in UK and your local Mail provider.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
