Hen and birthday parties: For the group wanting to share a memorable experience on a special occasion, our central London boutique can comfortably host groups of up to 30 people. We understand that each group will want something different, so please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your needs and tailor your appointment to your requirements.

For all appointments the booking cost is redeemable against your purchases in store during your appointment.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, or that are not attended will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment start time, or give notice you are running late, your appointment will be considered cancelled and will not be refunded or transferred.
Out of hour appointments are available between 7pm and 9pm Tuesday to Saturday only. We require at least 2 weeks notice for all bookings.
In store appointments are available 1pm-6pm Monday to Saturday only. We require at least 1 weeks notice for all bookings.
Group bookings are available between 7pm and 9pm Tuesday to Saturday only. We require at least 3 weeks notice for all bookings.

If you would like your item sooner please note our same day despatch deadline is 3pm and select your preferred Royal Mail service accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Choose your preferred service from the list available, note that the cut off for same day despatch is 3pm. Europe 3-5 working days. Rest of World 5-7 working days. Working Days is dependant on Royal Mail in UK and your local Mail provider.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
