It has been announced that non essential shops such as ours can reopen from June 15th so we are taking all the necessary steps to comply with managing the risk of COVID-19 and looking to how we can best serve our customers in store in light of the UK government's guidance.
Our small business is doing everything we can to navigate our way through these uncertain times and it's important to us look after or staff and our customers as our top priority. With that in mind our first step is to offer private shopping appointments in store to ensure a relaxed, socially distanced, one to one experience.
You and our staff member will agree how you will manage the space together and you can tell us your shopping wish list which we will do our best to fulfil. Please note that from the 24th July face coverings will be mandatory from customers in shops so please come prepared. If you are exempt for medical reasons, please let us know before your arrival.
If you can't get to our store, or would rather simply shop from the comfort of your home, then we can conduct appointments via the phone or web. Our staff will be in store ready to guide you around the boutique, pulling suggestions from the racks, checking availability, discussing size and fit with you via whatever video conference platform we can both use.
There is a fee for your booking, whether it is online or in person, but it will be deducted from your shopping bill at the end of your appointment.
