Feeling Fabulous in the Fitzroy

The Fitzroy is a classic 1940s inspired tea dress that is comfortable and flattering to wear.

For me I love anything that is below the knee and covers the tops of my arms, which this dress does perfectly.  The seaming under the bust means that it nips me in at my narrowest point giving me more of an hour glass than pear shape, which is great!

Deep pockets which hold my phone and bank card mean that this dress is super practical.  However what I like most about The Fitzroy is that it is the perfect day to evening dress.

For a casual look I like to team the dress with a Peggy Sue cardigan and a Kelly Bag, of the same colour.

For evening glamour I add pair of heels and some statement jewellery.  Currently I wear the Balboas in Wine and Black as they are ridiculously comfortable and the colours match the dress perfectly.  For jewellery the Breakfast at Tiffanys set is the perfect addition.  Not only because I love a matching set but also because there is now a bag as part of the collection.
