We want you to look and feel fabulous in everything you purchase from Revival which means the garment has to fit and flatter.
Sometimes you can put a piece on and it's like it was made for you! Other times a little tweak would take it from an ok fit to a perfect fit. And that's to be expected! Few people can wear something straight from the rail without alteration as every body is different! Mary for example has to re-hem her trousers whilst I have to shorten the bodice in many dresses.
In the changing room we often discuss alterations and what could be done to achieve the perfect fit, but a lot of the responses to this is that it's an extra unwanted cost. Which is why on Saturday 16th February we will be offering a FREE simple alteration service on pieces bought that day!
The alterations will be carried out by myself right here in the boutique. As many of you know I am trained seamstress so your garments will be in safe hands!
On the day I will have a consultation with you whilst you are wearing your chosen garment, and together we will decide how best to rectify any small fit issues. If we're both happy with the solution and wish to go ahead, I will then get you to complete your purchase as normal. After the garment is paid for, I will pin it as needed and take any measurements that I require to complete the simple alteration. Once we are both satisfied we will then agree on a turnaround time for you to collect your new favourite garment!

This offer is only extended to small, simple alterations on items purchased on Saturday 16th February. What "small, simple alterations" means will depend on the garment which is why there will be a consultation before purchasing your chosen garment. Complete reworking and tailoring will not be included in this offer. This offer does not extend to concessions within Revival. This offer is a first come first served basis. We will not be taking appointments for the day. Turnaround time will depend on work load at the boutique and so will range from same day to up to 4 weeks. Once pinned, the garment will be nonrefundable, nonexchangeable and nonreturnable. You will be reminded of this at point of purchase. Revival Retro reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime.
