An absoloutly gorgeous 1930s / 1940s lace up oxford. I just think ‘Great Gatsby’ whenever I look at this shoe. A sensible lace up oxford and mid heel at 2 1/2 inches but the detail on the vamp makes it oh so pretty. An ivory and tan two tone wingtip shoe for ladies. The softest buttery leather, very very comfortable.

Designed by Aris Allen a dance shoe company these shoes can be worn anywhere but you benefit from additional comfort and support thanks to the foam cushioned insoles, a regular feature of dance shoes.  The shoe has a synthetic sole so finally we have a beautiful and elegant dress shoe suitable for vegan shoe wearers. Unfortunately if you have particularly wide feet these are unlikely to fit, the shoes are constructed for a regular width and synthetic materials means they will not give like leather would.

Amongst our first offering of Re-Mix styles we had to include the ‘Cloche’ because, quite simply, it is divine. I would liken it to the finest bone china painted with a charming yellow motif. This authentic vintage style 1930s shoe would complement a dress of the era but for any shoe lover, vintage lover, and woman of taste you will enjoy wearing these on an everyday basis with anything from your jeans to just your best underwear. The grosgraine piping, contrast perforation and yellow patent leather trim are stunning features in this all leather vintage style shoe.

Look: This feminine lace up heel is a copy of a 1930′s original. Velvet with a decorative stitched motif. The heel is not only low but also wide giving you maximum stability.

Construction: The interior of this shoe features a padded insole to support and cushion the foot taking the stress away when you’re dancing all night long. The heel is approximately 2 1/8″ and the base of the heel is 1 1/2″ wide which is larger than others.
