Revival Terms and Conditions


Revival offers two purchase options:

In Store:

We accept cash payments as well as most major credit and debit cards (on international and corporate cards we reserve the right to charge a transaction fee of up to 3% of the total order value).

You are also very welcome to call us, ask questions and make your order over the telephone. The store number is + 44 207 636 8922 (we are available during store opening hours 12-7 Monday to Saturday and 12-5 Sunday).


We offer a secure payment system for online sales and associated services. revival-retro.com accepts major credit and debit cards as well as payment via Paypal. Payment is required at the time of placing your order whether it is for delivery or to collect in store later.

Revival Retro Boutique is a bricks and mortar shop in London, UK. Everything sold on our website is what we sell in our store, we make every effort to update the website as fast as possible as we sell through items in the shop, but in the unfortunate event that your item is sold out we reserve the right to cancel the order. Revival makes every effort to keep stock details up to date but in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order we would provide a full refund immediately (including shipping costs). Notification will be sent by email no later than 48 hours after purchase.

All shipping is arranged through Royal Mail. The standard shipping option offers 2nd class postage within the UK and Airmail to Europe / Worldwide destinations. We find that Royal Mail is usually very reliable, however if you desire greater peace of mind we suggest you choose a delivery service that offers compensation against loss or damage. This is available for a value of up to £500 with Express Safeguard Shipping which uses Special Delivery Next day within the UK and Airsure to Europe /Worldwide destinations. The costs charged by Revival are for delivery only. Any additional tax or custom charges must be borne by you. We take full responsibility for the order up until the time that it is dispatched and will take every care to ensure the packaging is secure to protect the goods whilst in transit. Revival cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been dispatched by us.

If your order weighs in excess of 2kg alternative shipping arrangements may need to be made. We will contact you to discuss prior to despatch. In this event you can either pay the additional shipping charge or cancel your order with a full refund.

Exchange and Refund


Gift shop with confidence this Christmas with our extended Exchange and Refund period. Full priced items purchased between 10 November and 24 December 2015 inclusive can be exchanged or refunded up to and including 5 January 2016. Whether purchased in store or online the goods must be received in store on or before 5 Jan to be eligible. Revival Retro will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your returned item. We therefore recommend you use a tracked service with signature upon delivery. Goods eligible for exchange or refund must be received by us within 14 days of purchase.

Goods to be refunded or exchanged must be returned at your own cost and are your responsibility until received by Revival. We recommend you return goods by secure delivery with signature upon delivery (please remember to include your name, phone number and email aswell  as the original order reference). A full refund of the cost of goods will be made where the items are returned by the deadline in the condition in which they were sold i.e. as new and unworn (for shoes; we recommend you try these on carpet only and shoes must be returned in the original box). All garments are dispatched with a returns advice label intact if this is torn or detached no refund or exchange will be offered. Only remove the Returns advice label once you are sure you want to keep your purchase. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Revival.

Handworked items (such as our 1920s dresses), pierced earrings and other intimates (such as knickers) are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Complaints & Feedback

If you believe the goods were defective at the time of dispatch then you must advise us in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

We stand behind our products and should you be dissatisfied in any way we would like to know. We will listen to your complaint and do our very best to resolve the matter in a manner you find satisfactory.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk.
